From assisting in benefit applications and resolving complaints to making essential phone calls, we stand by our commitment to offer comprehensive support. Our services extend beyond the conventional, aiming to address any challenge our clients face.
A journey born from experience
My journey in advocacy began at the Citizens Advice Bureau. It was further enriched by my time as a Senior Caseworker for a Member of Parliament. Through these experiences, I witnessed the gaps in the system — the vulnerable and disabled often left unheard and unsupported. This realisation fuelled the beginning of One Stop Advocacy.
